When you order Products or apply for Membership from the Website, we need to know your name and address, postal address (and address for dispatch of the Products you order), email address, telephone number, and any further information required for your Membership. We also need to know the Products you wish to order. You authorise us to use, store or otherwise process any personal information which relates to and identifies you, including but not limited to your name and address, email address, photographs of you and the Products you purchase, to the extent reasonably necessary to enable us to process your orders and provide the Membership Services. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. However, we do use other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as delivering packages, or sending mail and emails. They will have access to your personal information needed to perform these services, but we will not authorise them to use your personal information for other purposes.
We shall use best practice technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of Personal Information held by us. Due to the nature of the technology, we cannot however offer you guaranteed security of information. You shall in turn keep any Membership passwords issued to you by us in order to enable you to access the Membership Services or your ordering information or request repeat orders on this Website in strictest confidence and that you will not disclose them to any third party.
We may retain your Personal Information in the event that you wish to contact us at any time in relation to your Membership or any Product that you have ordered from the Website.
We would like to send you details of new Products or services that may be of interest to you by email. We may also want to ask you for feedback and comments on our Products and Membership Service. You may indicate your refusal at any time to receive further communications of this nature from us.
You must ensure that all Personal Information you provide is accurate and complete and that all details (where applicable) contain your correct name and address and other requested details.
We may use your information to look at ways in which the Website can be improved and for the purpose of administration. We may use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring Website usage and traffic trends in order to help us develop the Website. We may share your information and aggregate information with our service providers and other third parties for these purposes. The statistics we provide will not however include any Personal Information. [We may also provide your information to our customer service agencies for research and analysis purposes so that we can better understand Product purchase patterns and monitor and improve the service we provide. We may contact you by post, telephone or email to request your comments on the Website generally.
SIVANZ Payment and Shipping Policies
Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using Paypal, a secure online Mastercard and Visa transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.
Products will be supplied by SIVANZ. After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to the supplier to buy the product. All orders are subject to acceptance by the supplier, and the supplier will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email that confirms that the product has been dispatched. The contract between the supplier and you will only be formed at that time.
The contract relates to those products whose dispatch has been confirmed by the supplier. The supplier will not be obliged to supply any other product which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of those products has been confirmed.
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when the supplier receives full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.
All prices and delivery charges on our site are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include New Zealand GST (if any). We reserve the right to alter prices and delivery charges for any reason at any time. If this should happen after you have placed an order, we will contact you prior to processing it.
If you order products for delivery outside New Zealand, the products may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of these duties and taxes.
The supplier will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of its obligations under its contract with you that is caused by an event outside its reasonable control.
Contracts for the purchase of products using the Service, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formulation, will be governed by New Zealand law. Any such dispute or claim shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
We use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from Paypal to process online orders. Customers can see their cards being authorised in real time, all in an SSL secure environment. The Hosted Payment page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy online shopping experience.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only. Please note that a very small number of orders require extra processing time for various reasons.
If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately. Please understand that a delay may also occur if your payment was declined or for address verification if your billing address was entered incorrectly.
If you place an order for an item that is out of stock you will be contacted and asked to confirm that you wish to place the item on backorder. If known, an ETA will be given. The price cannot be guaranteed for out of stock items, price will be confirmed upon receipt of order.
If you are not satisfied with your order please email us immediately at contact@sivanz.co.nz. We will exchange or refund you once we have received the items that you are not satisfied with.
Any damaged goods should be notified by calling us immediately at contact@sivanz.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will exchange or refund you immediately if any goods are damaged upon delivery.
